NYC Up Close

In between weddings, anytime I get a chance I like to take my camera into the City and take photographs. Lately I’ve been working on a different view of New York. Not the people, not the buildings, not the bridges…but instead something people pass every day but barely notice or barely look at.  It’s layers of old posters/bills that are posted onto many walls around the city and in the subways. It’s interesting to imagine how these images were built over weeks, months or even years.  Here are a few that I have taken recently. It’s New York City really up close…
