ABOUT SCHRODER PHOTOGRAPHY
That’s me in the photo on the right, behind the camera, as I have been at weddings since the year 2000. That’s when I started photographing weddings full time. As you can see in the reflection in the picture, I work out of the great State of New Jersey and find myself at weddings in North Jersey, down the Shore, in the Princeton area, Central Jersey, all the way up in Sussex county even deep down in South Jersey. I’ve pretty much photographed weddings in every corner of the State. I also cross the Hudson and Delaware Rivers on occasion to shoot in NY, PA even Delaware.
My style is a blend of mostly photojournalism and candid (I’m very unobtrusive), but I also specialize in organizing and taking the important family and wedding party photos efficiently, especially since time is tight at many events. With the experience I have gained over the years I have perfected the method of getting those group sessions done in not only a relaxed and fun way but also in a timely manner. In addition I also make sure to capture beautifully relaxed portraits of just the Bride & Groom together throughout the venues. Another strong feature of my photography is capturing candid emotions throughout the day. From smiles, tears, hugs, laughter and fun I’m always looking to photograph these vital moments that sometimes last only a fraction of a second. I’ve posted in the Reviews section a variety of letters, notes and emails I have received over the years. If you read them you will probably get a good feel for the type of photographer and person that I am. The one thing I will say is that my goal is always to not only capture great moments, but to also make the photography aspect of the day go as smooth as it can for my clients. An important first step is to find out if I’m still available on your wedding date and also what my prices are. I only book 1 wedding per date so make sure to check with me right away.
